Overall my Lexus is a great car and Pohanka does a good job with service. But, this time my EXPENSIVE detail cleaning (inside/out) left streaky windows ... the kind that don't really show up until you first hit that early morning sunshine. The inside of the front windows, the passenger side window and maybe more looked really bad ... definitely worse than when I left the car for service. While the rest of the car looked good, I had to clean the windows ASAP. So I give Pohanka a mediocre rating because at their prices, anything less that perfection is average at best.

Just back from my service appointment at Pohanka Lexus which was managed by Reza Kermanshahchi. He clearly explained the service I would be getting, what it would cost, and how long it would take. He dropped by the waiting lounge for an interim status report, and then invited me to his station when the work was completed. I had told him when I checked in that my vehicle was rather dirty, and when the vehicle was being washed, Reza supervised the process. He told me that he was not satisfied with the first washing, and ran it through the wash again. The vehicle came out looking like new. I was particularly appreciative of his supervision of the process and his friendly and helpful manner. Will be sure to seek him out on my next service visit.

Disappointed that the massage chairs in the waiting area are not functional, they actually look broken! Waiting area under construction, quite an eyesore. UPDATE....I found the newly remodeled lounge upstairs on the second floor...only saw one sign on the other end of wall near restroom. Need better signage. Customer Service was awesome failed to comment on previous posting. =
