In the competitive market of luxury midsize SUVs, the 2022 Lexus RX 350 can stand out. Pohanka Lexus is happy to point out this option on our lot, and how it compares favorably to the 2022 Cadillac XT6. Contact us today!
Performance
To begin, the Lexus RX 350 is comprised of stellar performance capabilities. Its standard 3.5L V6 engine comes with 295 horsepower as well as 268 lb.-ft. of torque that can excite your energy moving forward. Conversely, with a 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder powertrain of the Cadillac XT6, you’ll find 237 horsepower and 258 lb.-ft of torque at your beck and call. Our Lexus model also includes the option of Dynamic Torque Control AWD with variable torque split and an electronic differential lock that’s beneficial in providing stability when traveling around tight corners or making quick turns. The optional AWD with driver mode select of a Cadillac model might not be as reliable. And furthermore, the XT6 provides MacPherson strut front suspension and five-link independent rear suspension for each trim. You can choose the available F SPORT-tuned Adaptive Variable Suspension for diverse capabilities on the RX 350.
Safety
You can count on the 2022 Lexus RX 350 to provide you with dependable safety and security features. For example, ten standard airbags1 are prepared to keep you and your occupants physically cushioned in the unlikely yet potentially troublesome event of an accident. If you’re driving the Cadillac XT6, you’ll only have seven such airbags2 available to you. Also, worth remembering is the fact that your Lexus RX 350 comes equipped with standard Road Sign Assist3. Unfortunately, this isn’t an available amenity on its counterpart. Certainly not least of all, one standard feature of your Lexus model is All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control4 that uses technology to support a preset speed and directs you to make changes when you’re approaching another vehicle too quickly. Adaptive Cruise Control5 is merely available via the Cadillac edition.
Interior
From inside, there’s much to appreciate with regard to your 2022 RX 350. One such area to take advantage of is the passenger volume. When utilizing 44.1 inches of front legroom, stretching your feet to reach the pedals during a relaxed drive will be easy to come by. Unfortunately, you’ll experience less comfort by only being given 41.2 inches of legroom up front via the 2022 XT6. Also, you’ll find much entertainment value. This is evidenced by a standard Lexus nine-speaker Premium Audio System that boosts sound throughout the cabin for all listeners to enjoy. When you’re operating the Cadillac XT6, you’ll have to settle for a standard Bose® premium 8-speaker audio system that doesn’t offer as much quality.
Here at Pohanka Lexus, there are numerous automobiles to search through on our lot. Speak with us to discover the differences of a 2022 Lexus RX 350 vs 2022 Cadillac XT6 for sale near Arlington, VA. We’ll see you soon!

1. Airbag systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems and are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating airbag, always wear seatbelts and sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible. Do not put objects in front of an airbag or around the seatback. Do not use a rearward-facing child seat in any front passenger seat. See Owner's Manual for additional limitations and details.
2. Always use seat belts and child restraints. Children are safer when properly secured in a rear seat in the appropriate child restraint. See the Owner's Manual for more information.
3. Do not rely exclusively on Road Sign Assist (RSA). RSA is a driver support system that utilizes the vehicle’s forward-facing camera and Navigation System (when data is available) to recognize certain road signs and provide information to the driver via the multi-information display and/or Head-Up Display. Effectiveness is dependent on road, weather, vehicle and sign conditions. Use common sense when using RSA and do not drive distracted. See Owner's Manual for additional limitations and details.
4. Dynamic Radar Cruise Control is designed to assist the driver and is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving practices. System effectiveness is dependent on many factors, including road, weather and traffic conditions. See Owner's Manual for additional limitations and details.
5. Safety or driver assistance features are no substitute for the driver's responsibility to operate the vehicle in a safe manner. The driver should remain attentive to traffic, surroundings and road conditions at all times. Visibility, weather, and road conditions may affect feature performance. Read the vehicle's owner's manual for more important feature limitations and information.
